Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dynamic, high-volume weekly union payroll, covering up to 130 employees across multiple diverse projects nationwide.
  • Execute precise calculations for manual layoff checks, skillfully handle garnishments, subsistence pay, and ensure the accuracy of certified payrolls.
  • Champion other payroll-related projects to ensure our systems remain efficient and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in payroll processing.
  • Experience in Union/Construction payroll is highly valued for a seamless grasp of industry intricacies.
  • Excel proficiency is a must; your adeptness with calculations and data management will be central.
  • Tech savviness is preferred, with familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or other systems.
