Job Description:

Captura Hall is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to develop and implement effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences. This role involves creating engaging written materials, coordinating events and presentations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute communication plans that align with company goals.
  • Develop and edit written content such as newsletters, press releases, and reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate events, presentations, and public outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Manage and maintain communication materials and resources.
  • Support crisis communication planning and execution as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
