Key Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in electrical engineering, with a focus on the integration of aircraft weapons, communication systems, or sensor technologies.
  • Department of Defense Knowledge: Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, requirements development, and planning for technology transition and insertion.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with EMS/RF analysis or digital engineering tools is advantageous.
  • Security Clearance: A valid Secret clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Experience: Candidates with 4+ years of experience or an advanced degree in engineering or engineering management will be considered favorably.
  • Aircraft Knowledge: Experience with 4th or 5th Generation U.S. tactical aircraft is a plus.
  • Earned Value Management: Familiarity with this concept is beneficial.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated product team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and requirements management skills will enhance your contributions.
