The ideal candidate will have a calm and professional demeanor, an enthusiasm for k-12 education products, and a passion for customer service. They will also have a history of long-term work relationships, excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to work well with others in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison for Education Unlimited with parents, students, and staff.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office using effective planning, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Help create and implement a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment plan each year.
  • Evaluate the success of the recruitment and enrollment plan and prepare reports to advise the Director of Admissions.
  • Assist prospective students and families throughout all phases of the admissions process.
  • Partner with the marketing department to create effective media, campaigns, presentations, and materials.
  • Prepare tuition assistance applications and work with agents and special groups to prepare customized programs or group enrollments.

Requirements:

  • A B.A. or B.S. degree with an MA/MS highly preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • The ability to work well with others in a high-energy environment.
