ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect

Centraprise is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership on the implementation, integration, and support of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership on ServiceNow implementation, integration, and support
  • Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs
  • Guide the team in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Review and ensure that design and code align with customer expectations and industry standards
  • Apply innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Consult with business analysts and process leaders to develop technical solutions
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations
  • 5-8 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in ITxM, CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solutions
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems or in-house tools
  • Lead at least a couple of implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules, including Scoped applications and a complete implementation lifecycle
  • ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) knowledge or implementation experience is desirable
  • ITIL certified is desired

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, and enhancement
  • ServiceNow Discovery Configuration, Run Book Automation preferred
  • Knowledge of web-based development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
