Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team at TEPHRA. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our IT department and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to ServiceNow resources on implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and development, including enhancement requests.
  • Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs.
  • Guide the team in having the right level of detail in design artifacts.
  • Review design and code to ensure alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Apply innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Consult with business analysts and process leaders to develop technical solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Follow up on outstanding development needs and provide timely status reports to the project manager.
  • Advise on options, risks, and impacts on business/ITIL processes.
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • 12-15 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in a medium to large organization.
  • 5-8 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas of ITxM (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM), CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solution.
  • Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, and converting business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Must have experience in integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems or in-house tools developed by the customer's in-house team.
  • Lead at least a couple of implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules, including Scoped applications, and one complete implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Sourcing and procurement operations (SPO) knowledge or implementation experience is desirable.
  • Past work experience with industry-leading providers of ITSM tools.
  • Must have experience in drafting design, presenting to architecture boards, and obtaining sign-off.
  • Should be able to decide what is the right level of detail in low-level design.
  • Certifications - Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
