Job Summary

The Patient Access Supervisor at Norton Healthcare is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the flow of patients in the Guest Service and Patient Access areas. This role requires a strong understanding of hospital registration and central business office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in greeting, directing, and maintaining the flow of patients
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to external and internal customers
  • Assist with reports, such as time and attendance, denials, and work queue reports
  • Support Patient Registration staff and other Patient Access responsibilities
Requirements
  • One year of experience in hospital registration or central business office
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Desirable: Three years of experience in hospital registration or central business office
