Job Overview:

  • Monday to Thursday, part-time schedule.
  • $23-28/hour, depending on experience.
  • An ideal candidate will be passionate about dermatology and have a proven track record in customer-facing roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coordinating with the back-office team to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
  • Informing patients about our services and treatments, highlighting our expertise.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, including insurance and demographic information.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing phone lines.
  • Processing transactions, including daily deposits and credit card payments.
  • Preparing examination rooms and procedure areas for physicians.
  • Communicating treatment plans and instructions to patients, adhering to physician guidelines.
  • Scheduling tests and admissions with medical facilities.
  • Inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Responding to medical emergencies, documenting incidents as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Superb communication and organizational skills.
  • A reliable and punctual attitude, with a sense of humor.
  • Proficiency with computer equipment and software.
  • English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
