We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Softpath System. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure DevOps practices and tools to ensure the security and integrity of our software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain secure system architecture, integration, and design activities, including threat modeling.
- Implement and maintain secure coding practices, including code scanning and vulnerability remediation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our security posture.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps in a professional role with a bachelor's degree.
- Strong programming background with mastery skills in at least one programming language (Java,.NET, Go, or Python preferred) and databases (MS SQL or Postgres preferred).
- Experience with cloud-native container platforms like Kubernetes, KOB (Container on Base Metal), and Linux/Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Understanding of SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle) controls and leverage LLM/AI/NLP for threat analysis.
