Job SummaryWe are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. This role involves maintaining quality standards by inspecting components and finished instruments using various inspection equipment to verify conformance with work orders, drawings, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure component, process, and procedure conformity.
- Utilize appropriate inspection equipment, including micrometers, calipers, gages, optical comparators, electronic gaging, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Visually inspect components, coatings, and finishes against standards.
- Evaluate function and aesthetics on completed surgical instruments during final inspections.
- Review and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
- Determine acceptance or rejection status.
- Accurately record inspection data as per requirements.
- Notify relevant personnel of inspection results, production issues, or recommendations.
- Perform calibrations on inspection equipment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year or more of related experience, and/or training. You must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We OfferWe provide a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
