About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to develop your full potential and enhance your clinical skills through our robust hygiene mentor program and unparalleled educational offerings.

  • Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Benefits package including health insurance and retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience

Any years of clinical experience are beneficial, as are a desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

Physical Requirements

The ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
