Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement

Job Overview
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Loyalty Program Management:
- Oversee the administration of Moen's customer loyalty initiatives tailored for the multi-channel Pro segment and Wholesale Showroom.
- Facilitate the continuous enhancement of social media platforms, loyalty websites, and email marketing strategies, including the supervision of creative and content production.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external collaborators and work closely with Moen's Marketing, Sales, IT, and Finance departments.
- Support the introduction of new products relevant to the Pro segment and Showroom channel.
- Manage monthly sales projections and cost estimations while ensuring accurate monthly invoice processing.
- Conduct analyses and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty programs.
- Monitor competitive market trends and provide actionable insights to optimize loyalty initiatives.
Merchandising Management:
- Administer selected Moen merchandising initiatives, including Gallery and Pro Merchandising.
- Oversee project management for merchandising launches and annual product updates.
- Collaborate with Moen's Merchandising, Marketing Communications, Sales, IT, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution.
- Assist in managing the budgeting and forecasting processes for merchandising activities.
- Conduct analysis and insights to evaluate merchandising performance.
- Analyze competitive landscape, track trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business is required; Marketing specialization is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year of experience with external agencies/partners, merchandising, and program management; experience with durable products is a significant advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP, Qlik, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and matrixed environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to approximately 10% of the time.
