About the Role

At Zips Car Wash, we're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere, providing world-class customer service, and ensuring a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll and support Unlimited Wash Club members.
  • Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
  • Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
  • Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
  • Must have a resilient positive attitude and energetic personality
  • Able to work effectively and be accountable under minimal supervision


Physical Demands

  • Regular physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
  • Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
