We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Branch Coordinator to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Process sales transactions accurately, follow and achieve sales goals, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Inventory Management: Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products to customer specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Store Maintenance: Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed.
- Communication and Teamwork: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options with customers, and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, and able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Preferred Qualifications: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License, at least a High School diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
