  • Behavioral Support Services
    • Provide behavioral support services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
    • Develop and implement behavioral support plans to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Training and Supervision
    • Train and supervise support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
    • Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to support staff to ensure they are meeting the needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of behavioral support services provided.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, their families, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
    • Acceptable background checks required.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Able to stand, walk, and sit for four hours at a time.
    • Repetitive bending and reaching up to two hours a day.
    • Able to lift 25 pounds from floor to waist.
