Compensation
Pay can reach up to $33/hr when tips are included. If you are passionate about culinary arts and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Hourly Rate: $26.55

Key Responsibilities- Analyze menus and guest orders to determine food preparation needs, accurately measuring and portioning all ingredients.
- Adhere to portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies.
- Utilize kitchen tools and equipment for food preparation, including knives, slicers, pots, pans, and ovens.
- Maintain proper food temperatures and ensure correct food storage.
- Guarantee the freshness and quality of all menu items, packaging products according to specifications.
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as directed.
- Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and adequately stocked.
- Comply with all health codes and sanitation regulations.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand prep sheets and recipes.
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and proportions.
- Manual dexterity to chop, mix, and blend various food items.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy pans, weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Willingness to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Frequent reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting.
- Occasional pushing and pulling of equipment.
- Work environment may have moderate to high noise levels.
- Regular exposure to hot and humid conditions.
This position is event-based.
