Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales, Emergency Services, and Reconstruction departments, ensuring efficient job administration and compliance with deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and organize jobs, collaborating with clients, customers, and vendors to identify project requirements and specifications.
- Create new loss files, send invoices, and maintain job documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support Project Managers with job updates and information, facilitating seamless communication and coordination within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Three plus years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in the restoration industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems.
