About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Assistant to join our team at Horizon Financial Services Llc. As an Administrative Assistant Part Time, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
