Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in overseeing the company's accounting functions, managing various daily and monthly tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing account reconciliations by gathering and analyzing data across multiple complex areas of the general ledger.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data for significant account reconciliations, including investments and fair value calculations.
- Manage RPA Bot governance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Review cash reconciliation processes using enhanced Oracle ERP.
- Prepare account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Draft well-supported journal entries in compliance with accounting policies.
- Focus on enhancing the quality and efficiency of existing processes through digital proficiency.
- Participate in the development of new accounting operations processes to support ongoing growth.
- Prepare or review ad-hoc reports for various internal and external requests.
Qualifications:
- CPA or CPA track required.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and its practical application in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data management.
- Proficient in digital technologies (SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Blackline) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
