Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical projects for our Legal and Global Security business partner. The successful candidate will work closely with our Solution Manager to ensure project deliverables are created and submitted based on the agreed-upon schedule and align with project stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain key deliverables associated with each project, including project charters, communication plans, project kick-offs, and project management plans.
  • Aggregate detailed plans from multiple work streams into a single comprehensive project view.
  • Deal effectively with ambiguity and drive consensus with work stream leads.
  • Use Apple-based tools for project reporting and communication, such as Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, and Miro.
  • Serve as the first point of issue escalation for the project delivery teams.
  • Document project work and status in Wrike, including risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, and tasks.
  • Work closely with the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities, such as comms creation and delivery.
  • Coordinate deliverable development activities with the project's Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule.
  • Comfortable communicating project status, issues, and risks to project sponsors and leadership.
  • Develop executive-level project summaries as required using aforementioned Apple-based tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of managing large-scale and complex programs.
  • Experience in Legal operations a plus.
  • Large-scale project management experience mandatory.

Compensation

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
