Role Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Order Processing Specialist to enhance our Operations team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to acquire new skills while effectively managing the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entry and processing of manual orders.
  • Secure necessary approvals for all orders prior to processing.
  • Conduct order allocation before shipment.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department for warehouse processing of orders.
  • Monitor order status and relay updates to the Sales team.
  • Prepare weekly order status reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with retailer requirements.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of data entry experience with a proven track record of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Direct to Consumer Web Orders and EDI Order Processing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to professionally communicate and report issues to the sales team is essential.
  • Knowledge of retailer compliance standards.
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
