QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Document transactions, including receipts and change delivery throughout the shift.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and service requests.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding repair status and operational hours.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Experience in Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).
