Position Summary: This contracted role involves providing on-site client support, with opportunities for routine telework. The position focuses on delivering expertise, guidance, and thought leadership in relation to the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) GEOINT Training Partner Engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting government leads in areas such as policy formulation, standards development, and addressing emerging GEOINT training needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating strategies to cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders in GEOINT learning, Professional Certification (GPC), and workforce planning.
  • Designing, facilitating, and documenting initiatives that align with long-term NSG, ASG, and Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) strategies, including:
    • Establishing GEOINT training baselines
    • Mapping GEOINT competencies
    • Assessing and standardizing community GEOINT training protocols
    • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive GEOINT course catalog and portal
    • Implementing standardized GEOINT Training Advisory Group (GTAG) processes
  • Developing organizational performance metrics to track and report progress against strategic goals.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of standardized organizational planning documents and templates.
  • Overseeing the creation and communication of programmatic measures and metrics, facilitating Program Management Reviews to evaluate initiative progress.
  • Engaging in discussions at internal and external meetings, contributing to strategic initiatives and organizational activities.
  • Coordinating CGTC meetings and collaborating with other NSG and ASG training organizations to share insights and address common challenges.
  • Providing policy input and necessary reporting to relevant authorities on behalf of the NSG.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 11-14 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a specialized or cross-functional business area, potentially spanning multiple sectors (government and industry).
  • Experience in coordinating activities among specialists or teams, ensuring quality throughout product and service development.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in GEOINT tradecraft competencies, training development, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to compile project information, including objectives and deliverables, and produce high-quality written materials.
  • Experience in delivering decision briefs to senior management and resolving complex policy and business issues.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling using MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Joint/IC/Service GEOINT activities and relevant doctrines.
  • Experience in a senior management role within NGA, NSG, or ASG.
  • Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Training and Education Board and related agreements.
  • Understanding of GEOINT Learning Programs and curricula.

Clearance Requirement: A Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory for this position.
