Job Title: Geospatial Intelligence Training Council Advisor

Masego Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Intelligence Training Council Advisor to join our team. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, we are committed to providing expert Geospatial Intelligence Solutions and Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will advise and assist the NGC in executing its Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) duties as prescribed in DoDI. This role supports the government lead in scheduling/facilitating meetings to provide a forum for NSG and ASG GEOINT training collaboration in areas such as policy, standards, responsibilities, emerging GEOINT training requirements, and other related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct focused analysis and assessments at the direction of the NGC Leadership that support NGA strategies.
  • Develop and recommend long-term organizational strategies, interoperability strategies, and strategic policies.
  • Develop and recommend visions and goals for the organization that contribute to NGA's visions and goals.
  • Identify future requirements based on projected technology advances and NGA's long-term objectives.
  • Develop and recommend organizational performance metrics to measure and report progress against NSG, ASG, NGA, HD, and NGC strategic intent and plans.
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of experience.
  • At least 24 months of demonstrated experience formulating, developing, documenting, or implementing policy, plans, or processes.
  • At least 24 months of demonstrated experience planning and leading an organization to meet objectives or short-suspense time schedules.
  • At least 24 months demonstrated assembling project information to include objectives/outcomes/deliverables; writing, revising, and editing drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
  • At least 24 months of demonstrated experience compiling and delivering decision briefs to seniors and their staffs.
  • At least 24 months of demonstrated experience formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues.
  • At least 24 months of demonstrated experience building and maintaining a project schedule using MS Project.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a primary author of mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements or documents, or operating concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of DoD doctrine and other military GEOINT support.
  • Knowledge of Joint/IC/Service GEOINT activities, GEOINT doctrine, and NSG and ASG membership.
  • Knowledge of the DITEB.
  • Knowledge of NSG and ASG partner/sharing agreements.
  • Knowledge of NGC's GEOINT Learning Program and GEOINT curriculum.
  • Knowledge of US Military Schoolhouse training programs.
Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI.

Salary Range:

$98,000+ based on ability to meet stated requirements.
