Job Summary

As an Assistant Director of Dining Services, you will play a key role in the success of our food service operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of associates, developing talent, and driving business results in an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and high-quality food options.
  • Implement new culinary programs and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of associates.
  • Drive financial results and support business goals.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of food service management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial experience and business acumen.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
