The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Lead Consultant to join our Advanced Solutions Consulting Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer success through the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support early-stage customer development, with a focus on our Network as a Service (NaaS) platform.
  • Work closely with sales teams to position Lumen services directly with customers.
  • Develop and execute enablement programs to drive sales growth and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with product teams to capture customer feedback and drive product innovation.
  • Design and lead solutions development workshops to drive business outcomes.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Strong technical knowledge of XaaS and its applications.
  • Ability to orchestrate and provide the bridge between product, enablement, sales, and customers.
  • Consultative, inquisitive approach to customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of managing successful GTM programs.
  • Ability to translate high-level vision to customer use cases and case studies.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience required.
  • Strong relationship skills.
  • Experience selling managed services and applications.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and solution management.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location-based pay ranges are as follows:

  • ID: $117,340 - $156,450
  • AZ, MT, UT, WY: $123,210 - $164,280
  • CO, NV: $129,080 - $172,100
  • CA, WA: $135,950 - $180,920

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
