Key Responsibilities:- Manage advisory engagements related to product design, product rationalization, product performance, risk evaluation, risk concentration, underwriting efficiency, and underwriting workbench.
- Lead advisory engagements related to core systems modernization, implementation roadmaps, process automation, and intelligence.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, innovations, and carrier business models.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP preparation and presentation.

- 12-15 years of experience as an underwriter, domain SME, product specialist, or product owner in P&C insurance.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial lines product offerings, including coverage, rating, rules, and forms.
- Proven experience in defining and delivering strategic initiatives, such as product rationalization, underwriting transformation, business growth, and product innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in documenting business requirements, creating high-level solution designs, and prototyping analytical and AI solutions.
- Proven experience in advising clients to achieve their business objectives related to growth, profitability, efficiency, and experience, utilizing leading industry platforms.
