Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of property staff, ensuring the community's revenue and expenses align with budget and financial guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing resident records, rent, deposits, fees, and A/P functions
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for staff and residents
  • Conducting building inspections and implementing corrective actions to maintain property standards
  • Coordinating with the maintenance team to resolve resident service requests
  • Promoting resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues
  • Performing administrative tasks with attention to detail

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • A valid driver's license
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Will to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
