Nurse Supervisor

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a valid Registered Nurses license, a strong background in nursing supervision, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client issues.
• Collaborate with the Health Service Director to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of client services and medication administration.
• Participate in the admission/discharge review process and ensure seamless transitions.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurses license in good standing with the State of Tennessee.
• Previous experience in nursing supervision and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift repetitively a minimum of 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.
