Nurse Supervisor

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

• Supervise and mentor a team of licensed practical nurses to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with the Health Service Director to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Provide ongoing training and education to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Valid Registered Nurses license as issued by the State Board of Nursing and be in good standing with the State of Tennessee.
• Previous experience in supervising nursing staff and working with disabled adults is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
