We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Development team for the West Region of Municipal Water and drive our growth strategy execution.

Sales Strategy Lead

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer relationships and market analysis.
  • Prepare and present proposals to customers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Share insights and recommendations with colleagues to inform business decisions.

Estimated Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of progressive sales experience in a related field, with a proven track record in complex business transactions.
