Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Director to join our team at Elite Dental Partners. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our operations leaders, working closely with our Executive Leadership Team, and overseeing operations activities across the company and our EDP dental practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
  • Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of our operations.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee operational activities across the company.
  • Develop, lead, and mentor operational leaders.
  • Ensure operations team leaders and their teams are properly trained.
  • Responsible for ensuring operational leadership and their teams have easy electronic access to revenue cycle metrics relating to the centers.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, and facilities are in line with our organizational business plan and vision.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Develop process and workflow messaging for the field, ensuring that all communications to the practices are understandable, accurate, and consistent.
  • Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
  • Collaborate with finance to establish operations and facilities budgets and administer the budgets.
  • Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team and/or the Board of Directors.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.

  • MBA preferred, or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or other healthcare-related field required.
  • At least 10 years of healthcare-related experience including 5 years in upper management/relevant leadership role required.
