Senior Operations Director

The Senior Operations Director will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at Elite Dental Partners. This individual will lead and mentor the Company operations leaders, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to plan, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the Company and EDP dental practices. The Senior Operations Director's work will result in optimized operations and the identification and implementation of cost-effective systems and solutions to meet the current and evolving needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's operations.
- Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee operational activities of the company.
- Develop, lead, and mentor operational leaders.
- Ensure operations team leaders and their teams are properly trained.
- Responsible for ensuring operational leadership and their teams have easy electronic access to revenue cycle metrics relating to the centers. Responsible for ensuring we have metrics and goals to measure performance that are well communicated and administered.
- Identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, and facilities are in line with the organization's business plan and vision.
- Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
- Develop process and workflow messaging for the field, ensuring that all communications to the practices are understandable, accurate, and consistent.
- Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
- Collaborate with finance to establish operations and facilities budgets and administer the budgets.
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team and/or the Board of Directors.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Be an effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments.
- Be able to keep up in the Elite Dental Partners' environment by facing tasks and challenges with positive energy.

- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the dental industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- MBA preferred, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other healthcare-related field required.
- At least 10 years of healthcare-related experience, including 5 years in upper management/relevant leadership role required.
