Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at STEM Talent Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technical sales, a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Present and explain solutions effectively to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
