About the Role

K2 Staffing, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Specialist to support our construction projects. As a Technical Project Specialist, you will assist in the development of project plans, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with quality control standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and cost systems
  • Schedule updates, material handling, and storage
  • Plan job logistics, mobilize trailers, and arrange utilities
  • Obtain building permits, licenses, and ensure compliance with regulations

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of construction-related experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required for this role.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan.
