Job Title

As a Sales Consultant with Eliot Management Group, you will represent our company to prospects seeking employment as an Outside Sales Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to solicit prospects via phone and email to inform them of the opportunity to be hired as a Sales Representative in a local market.

You will be responsible for moving prospects to a hiring decision and scheduling them for training. You will also communicate with local offices concerning upcoming training and scheduled prospects.

We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a competitive, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for developing a list of prospects from applicants who have expressed interest in working for EMG, as well as contacting applicants who have posted resumes online.

You will be responsible for accurately discussing the company and the specifics of the Sales Representative role with the prospect in order to persuade them to commit to attending training.

You will also be responsible for forwarding new hire contact information and training date/times to the local office, communicating with new hires throughout the time leading up to training, and coordinating with local offices to ensure new hire paperwork is submitted to HR.
