Inspecting jet engine turbine blades for signs of wear, distortion, corrosion, or other defects.

Troubleshooting issues in aircraft structures, landing gear, flight surfaces, and controls, as well as in anti-icing, pneudraulic systems, engines, auxiliary power units, and environmental control systems.

Replacing or repairing worn or damaged components such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine-mounted gearboxes.

Removing engines from aircraft using hoists or forklifts, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, or other defects.

Conducting preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections.
