Job Summary

Citadel Completions is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft, including repairs, modifications, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, filter changes, and engine checks.
  • Conduct complex maintenance tasks, such as engine overhauls and flight control system repairs.
  • Inspect aircraft components and systems to ensure airworthiness.
  • Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and safe maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 3 years' aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
  • Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aircraft maintenance experience on current fleet types being maintained or modified by the Repair Station.
  • Experience in V/VIP custom aircraft interior completions.
  • Taxi / Engine Run qualified on transport category aircraft.

Working Conditions:

The work is performed in an office environment, aircraft hangar, at the departure gate or on the aircraft parking ramp.

  • Requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
  • Are expected to work through specially designed airframe, engine and undercarriage openings while standing on ladders or scaffolds; to use hoists and lifts; required precision instruments and other necessary tools.
  • Exposure to climate changes normally experienced in an aviation repair facility.

Occasional:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Climbing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.

Frequent:

  • Lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Standing.

Constant:

  • Repetitive movements of arms and hands.
  • Sit with back supported.
