**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Older Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team at Deschutes County. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults with behavioral health issues and adults with physical disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing assessment and treatment services to clients
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and community agencies to ensure seamless care
  • Developing and implementing training programs for staff and community partners

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, or a related field
  • One year of experience in the behavioral health field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric mental health issues and treatment options
