Older Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Older Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team at Deschutes County. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults with behavioral health issues and adults with physical disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing assessment and treatment services to clients
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and community agencies to ensure seamless care
- Developing and implementing training programs for staff and community partners
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, or a related field
- One year of experience in the behavioral health field
- Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric mental health issues and treatment options
