Job Summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in North Bend, Oregon.

About the Position

This is a full-time swing shift position that involves working with adults living with serious mental illness in a residential treatment home setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions;
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties;
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a direct care team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration:
  • A bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting;
  • A valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record.
