We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Affinity at Bend, a 62 and older active adult community. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our common areas, including offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and pool house.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Professional will work closely with our site team to ensure that our community remains clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and pool house.
  • Clean vacant apartment homes after each move-out.
  • Remove used towels from the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
