Job Overview

Georgia Masonry Supply is in search of a Belgard Sales Representative to oversee the sales operations of the Belgard Hardscapes product range and associated accessories. This role entails nurturing existing client relationships, generating new leads, and expanding business through strategic research and outreach, including cold calling. The representative will be tasked with enhancing customer orders and fostering strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. The designated territory for this position encompasses middle to west Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Mississippi.

Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with current clients to drive sales growth and revenue Identify and pursue new customer opportunities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs Seek out projects that can utilize the Belgard product line Build and sustain relationships with Landscape Architects to secure project specifications that lead to future sales Collaborate closely with clients and contractors to formulate effective sales strategies Assess market trends and devise action plans to leverage shifts in the marketplace Prepare reports on sales projects and prospecting activities for monthly evaluations Analyze dealer sales data, interpret purchasing patterns, and communicate findings with production to optimize weekly and monthly production schedules Provide pricing, credit terms, and draft sales contracts for secured orders Conduct product and installation training for various product lines including pavers, SRW, Techniseal, Mirage, and Tru-Scapes Maintain regular communication with customer service and production teams to relay order information regarding lead times and delivery Additional duties related to the role may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience Over five years of relevant experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory Strong communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High urgency and entrepreneurial mindset Valid driver's license Willingness to travel overnight as required Residency within the designated territory

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the building materials sector Proficiency in navigating Customer Relationship Management platforms
