Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, particularly in luxury or client-centric environments (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in POS systems, client management software, and email communication.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. or the respective country of the role.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A degree from a college or university.
  • Graduate Gemologist certification or relevant coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
