We're seeking a Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and wealth management advice to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized plans to help them achieve those goals.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and wealth management advice to clients
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
  • Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong candidates will also learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help your clients progress toward achieving their goals
  • Openness to manage wealth on behalf of our clients including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
  • Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve
  • Passion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions, sound investing principles, and the ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for their personal situation
  • Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience in addition to furthering your own professional development in Wealth Management
