Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Work schedule: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday; 5:30 am - 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
  • Oversee, clean, and assess production machinery to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Conduct routine inspections and walkthroughs during operations to identify potential issues.
  • Perform visual assessments of all product streams, including waste and metals, to enhance quality and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to confirm that products meet established quality standards, making necessary adjustments to equipment.
  • Promptly report any equipment or process-related concerns to the supervisor.
  • Operate mobile machinery, including forklifts and skid loaders.
  • Support fellow team members as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, ensuring pathways are free from debris and hazards. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in an industrial or outdoor setting.
  • A minimum of one year working in a manufacturing equipment environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize safety and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Capability to operate machinery under diverse working conditions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability in meeting work schedules.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required.
