- Develop solutions that serve our clients' best interests and deliver an exceptional experience for our branch teams, clients, and the firm.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand the goals of the business and aid in getting to the best solution.
- Provide the firm with specialized expertise in legal and regulatory matters related to all facets of the firm's retirement business.
- Interpret retirement laws, rules, and regulations affecting the operation of the organization.
- J.D. and license to practice law in Missouri or an equivalent state.
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility as an attorney in private practice, in the public sector, or in an in-house counsel capacity.
- Regulatory and industry experience in the areas of ERISA and/or Individual Retirement Account laws and regulations.
