At Ent Credit Union, we're committed to improving the financial quality of life of the people we serve. As a Member Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional member service through accurate and professional transactions, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Ent's products and services, regularly providing referrals to members to help them take full advantage of our offerings.
- Comply with credit union policies and procedures, as well as financial regulations, including BSA and CFPB.
- Meet job training requirements and maintain a cash drawer according to Ent's Cash Control Policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Member Relationship, Customer Service New Account, or equivalent training required for Member Service Representative Senior.
- 1+ years' customer service, sales, or related experience required for Member Service Representative Senior.
- Proficient in basic math and comfortable handling physical money with accuracy.
- Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems.
- Able to use 10-Key by touch preferred.
Standing, walking, and sitting are required for this role. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling are occasionally necessary. Repetitive motions and eye-hand-foot coordination are also required.
CompensationThe hourly range for this position is $21.99 (S10) for Member Service Representative and $25.83 (S11) for Member Service Representative Senior. Final compensation will be determined by relevant work experience, specific skills, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for an incentive plan and a bilingual (Spanish) stipend.
