A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day will be spent in an office environment on the phone or computer, interacting with clients and dispatching service calls to field technicians.

You will schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You will forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track.

Over the phone, you will inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. You will also reschedule appointments as necessary.

Customer Service Manager Qualifications
  • Experience in SAGE
  • Able to work weekends and evenings
  • Computer proficient
  • Dispatcher/Call Center experience preferred
  • ServiceTitan working knowledge preferred

Familiarity with the HVAC and Plumbing trades would be a plus, but we will train the right person.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, has excellent customer service skills, is organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, has good communication skills, both verbally and written, is attentive to detail, and is friendly and patient.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive wage of $48,000-$55,000/year, depending on experience and performance. We also offer awesome benefits, including better than average employer contribution on medical, dental, and vision.
