Job Title: Home Services Contact Center Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Services Contact Center Supervisor. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for maximizing our schedule while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming calls and dispatch technicians to ensure prompt service
  • Forecast and schedule employee workloads to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAGE or similar dispatch software
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
