Internal Title: Systems Solutions Specialist

Job Territory: This position is situated at Crown's new branch and encompasses surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales of warehouse solutions including storage systems, platforms, and supplementary equipment.
  • Lead significant warehouse project initiatives as directed by the sales team.
  • Assist the sales team with client engagements, equipment sourcing, quotations, and order processing.
  • Drive new business development through lead generation, networking, and prospecting.
  • Formulate sales forecasts, strategic plans, proposals, and presentations.
  • Deliver training on warehouse solutions to sales personnel.
  • Engage with product suppliers to clarify customer application requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets for warehouse products.
  • Oversee installation projects effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in warehouse products and sales is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, accountability, self-motivation, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to operate lift trucks safely.

Work Authorization: Crown exclusively hires individuals authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.
